About this Design

The image consists of a large skull with stairs leading down its mouth. Two hooded figures draped in black stand under red umbrellas inside the eye sockets. Over them, yellow lightning and a crescent moon are set against a starry sky. Above the skull, the bold text reads 'DREAMS STILL ALIVE' in yellow. Red smoke flows from the base of the skull, creating an ominous yet imaginative vibe, blending elements of surrealism and modern tattoo aesthetics.
