About this Design

A green frog with a sad expression and teardrop sits atop a large, pink, polka-dotted mushroom. The frog is holding and smoking a cigarette, surrounded by sparkles and a crescent moon. Below the mushroom are small orange flowers and green grass. Beside the frog, the text reads 'DISAPPOINTED BUT NOT SURPRISED'. The overall style is cartoonish and whimsical.
