About this Design

The drawing is of white text on a solid dark gray background with minimalist lines. The prominent text reads 'this was supposed to be the future,' coupled with a list of futuristic promises prefaced by 'where is my.' It expresses a sense of disillusionment regarding past futuristic expectations such as jetpacks and robotic companions.
