Nullus Rex. Latin for "No Kings". Toward the end of the 18th century, the western world decided it had grown tired of being ruled by the whims of a single man from a particular bloodline. The two primary products of that movement were France and the United States of America. Both nations rebuilt themselves on the idea of rule-of-law and self-governance. It would seem we occasionally need a reminder.
